Connect your C5 headers to the exhaust you want
Keep the compatible factory rear exhaust or move to full 3" pipework: this Kooks X-pipe range gives your C5 both routes. The stainless three-piece design joins matching Kooks long tube headers, with catalyst choices for naturally aspirated and modified engines. Choose the rear connection as carefully as the catalyst type so the whole exhaust fits your plan.

OEM rear exhaust or full 3" pipework
The 2-1/2" rear-outlet versions provide the reduction to the compatible OEM rear exhaust. The 3" versions maintain a full 3" rear connection for a matching aftermarket exhaust. Both begin with the 3" Kooks header connection; the outlet choice determines what they join further back.
Choose the catalyst around the engine
Performance Cats are for naturally aspirated applications. GREEN catalysts also support forced induction within their rating. Competition Only pipes are catalyst-free and intended for competition, off-road and track use. The table keeps each catalyst and rear-outlet combination tied to its actual SKU.
Fitting the complete system
This is an X-pipe arrangement for Kooks long tube headers, not the original exhaust manifolds. We recommend professional fitting, with pipe alignment, heat clearance and the header and rear-exhaust connections checked together. Plan the calibration around the finished system.
