These Kooks long tube headers are made for the 1999-2004 F-150 Lightning and its 5.4-litre two-valve engine. They use 1-5/8" primaries and 2-1/2" outlets, ready for the matching Kooks front connections.

The correct header generation
13312000 is the second-generation Lightning arrangement. It is different from the 5.8-litre first-generation truck and its exhaust parts.
Match the downstream exhaust
Kooks connection pipes are required after the headers. For a catted front system, choose a catalyst arrangement suitable for the supercharged engine, as well as the correct collector size.
Fitting your exhaust
Fitting may require bending or removing some heat shielding and adjusting the transmission dipstick tube to clear the header primary.
