Putting your shoes on or climbing down the ladder is more pleasant with some cover above the tent entrance. The 804510 side awning adds that shelter to your ARB Altitude, and helps you keep airflow through the tent windows when it is raining.

The awning extends the cover around the entry area, useful when you are using the ladder or pausing to put footwear on. It gives the windows extra protection from rain so you have more flexibility to ventilate the tent.
It is a compact tent-side accessory for the ARB Altitude rooftop tent, rather than a full ground-level living room. Use it within the tent and accessory instructions for the conditions at camp.
Two brackets and reels fit to the base shell, with rods supporting the awning. Once that mounting arrangement is installed, the awning is easy to attach and detach.
Before closing the tent, remove the window rods as instructed. The awning can then be packed with the tent. A dedicated carry bag is also included for storing it separately between trips.
If the tent is mounted above the standard ladder-height range, the Altitude ladder extension is another relevant accessory. Choose it by the roof-rack mounting height: the extension covers the listed range up to 2460mm.
Let the awning dry before longer storage and inspect its rods and attachment points after use, ready for the next trip.
