The APEX Precision Tyre Inflator makes repeated pressure changes a more comfortable job. Push the sleeve to inflate, close it to stop and read the gauge, then move to the next tyre. The large, fluid-filled gauge is easy to read, while the included high-flow chuck and dedicated mount make this a complete tool to add to your air supply.

The 0-40 psi version spreads lower off-road pressures across the gauge face, making small changes easier to see. Choose 0-90 psi when your tow vehicle, trailer or other tyres need readings above 40 psi. Choose by the pressures your vehicle and tyres actually require; the gauge range does not set a recommended tyre pressure.
Accuracy is +/-0.5 psi, with 0.05 psi repeatability. Repeatability describes how consistently the instrument repeats a reading; it is not a +/-0.05 psi accuracy claim.
Stainless-steel construction, hard-coated 6061-T6 aluminium and fluid damping give the PTI the detail you expect from a premium workshop and trail tool. The phosphorescent numbers and needle help in low light. Its atmospheric vent equalises the gauge case with ambient pressure; that vent is not the tyre-deflation control.
The included 1/4 NPT male swivel lets you add the appropriate female-NPT air-supply fitting. You can also connect it to the CRS hose reel, or use the APEX compact quick coupler to male swivel with a compatible APEX push-on chuck for a removable connection. Those air-source accessories are separate.
An ARB twin compressor provides an on-board supply for tyre inflation; use the correct outlet coupling and heat-rated feed arrangement for the compressor. For managing four tyres together, add the APEX four-tyre inflation kit.
The PTI includes its own dedicated billet-aluminium snap mount. Release the lever to take the inflator with you, then clip it back and arrange the hose in its storage points. The separate gauge mounting bracket can position that mount beside a reel or on a suitable flat surface. The gauge lens protector adds replaceable scratch protection.
For deflation through the PTI, disconnect the air supply and operate the slide sleeve as shown in the guide, closing it to stop and check pressure.

Choose 0-40 psi for a more useful low-pressure scale, or 0-90 psi when you need readings above 40 psi. Match the range to your actual tyre-pressure requirements.
Yes. The current PTI includes its high-flow push-on chuck, dedicated billet snap mount and 1/4 NPT male swivel adapter. Your compressor and its matching outlet connection are separate.
Yes. Disconnect the air supply, connect the chuck and open the slide sleeve to release air. Close the sleeve to stop and read pressure, following the guide.
The PTI uses its own included mount. X02-08-003 is the separate PPG mount and is not compatible with the PTI.
No. It equalises pressure inside the gauge case with the atmosphere to help measurement accuracy. Use the slide-valve procedure for deflation.
