This APEX Design USA adapter takes the APEX 3/8 swivel connection to a 1/4 NPT male thread, with the cover nut included. Use it wherever an APEX swivel-ended line needs to meet standard NPT hardware - the swivel keeps the hose free to rotate while the NPT end seals into the port.
Confirm the line end is the APEX swivel and the target port is 1/4 NPT female. Seal the NPT threads, keep the swivel free to rotate, and pressure-check the joint before service.
