This APEX Design USA fitting adapts 3/8 inch APEX braided hose to a 1/4 NPT male thread, finished with an aluminium cover nut. It is the bridge between the APEX air system and standard NPT hardware - compressors, couplers and accessories - with the cover nut dressing the hose end properly.
Confirm your hose is APEX 3/8 braided line and the mating port is 1/4 NPT female. Assemble with the cover nut in place, seal the NPT threads appropriately and pressure-check before regular use.
