A touring-built 4Runner (2010-2024) or FJ Cruiser (2010-2014) carries drawers, water, recovery kit and roof weight everywhere it goes, and the factory tie rods feel it first - especially with a lift and larger tyres. This kit replaces them with oversized, pre-assembled inner and outer assemblies for both sides, suitable up to a 3 inch lift. It is a genuine Apex Chassis part, imported to the UK.

The kit suits lifts up to 3 inches; beyond that, keep the steering within its working range with limit straps. Plan an alignment after installation, and inspect ball joints, rack boots and bushes while the linkage is off so the whole front end comes back tight together.
