Look after the AdBlue tank underneath your newer Transporter or Caravelle with this Almont 6 mm duralumin guard. It is made for the 2025-onwards T7 2.0 TDI and works with the required matching fuel tank guard.

The plate weighs 12 kg and puts high-strength alloy beneath the AdBlue tank. It is a useful addition for a diesel van that spends time on rough access tracks, while keeping the mounting matched to the T7's own underbody arrangement.
This is certified AW5083 H111 duralumin: a high-strength aluminium alloy that keeps material weight below steel of the same size and thickness. You get a substantial barrier beneath the vehicle, and a scratch in the plate does not turn into red rust. It is still worth keeping the alloy and the separate steel mounting hardware clean, especially after winter salt or muddy trips.

Uses the vehicle's original holes and threads with the supplied mounting supports and fixings. Follow the fitting instructions and check clearances on your vehicle.

Pair it with the required PDWT7D6 T7 fuel tank guard. The separate T7 front guard adds protection beneath the front of the matching 2.0 TDI van.
Pressure wash the protection at least once a year, or two or three times a year if you regularly drive in mud or road salt. Check bolt tightness annually and follow the fitting instructions when refitting a plate after maintenance.

The duralumin plate will not form red rust when scratched. Wash off mud and road salt to help prevent other corrosion and to look after the separate steel brackets and fixings.
Almont provides three years of cover against cracking of the plate. Dents, deformation and damage to the vehicle are excluded.
