On a 4Motion Transporter the rear differential is the lowest mechanical point at the back of the van, and rutted gateways, rocky lanes and steep loose pitches all get a shot at it. This Almont plate covers the rear diff on the Volkswagen Transporter T5 and T6/T6.1 in certified EN AW-5083 H111 duralumin, 6mm SportDuty grade, at 6 kg. A strike becomes a mark on replaceable plate rather than a cracked housing and a seized weekend. Steel mounting brackets and pre-installed bolts are supplied, with a 3-year warranty against cracking.
