First-generation Amaroks have spent a decade or more working, towing and laning, and the front underside has been catching whatever the track throws up the whole time. This Almont front skid plate for the 2010-2022 Volkswagen Amarok puts 8 mm of certified EN AW-5083 H111 duralumin under the nose, cut for the original bumper, so stones, kerb edges and rutted ground hit HeavyDuty plate rather than what the factory left exposed. Two versions are listed, one for the 2.0 TDI and one for the 3.0 V6 TDI, so pick the option matching your engine.
The Front Type menu carries both part numbers: the option ending V6A8 is the 3.0 V6 TDI plate, the other fits the 2.0 TDI. Both bolt to the Amarok's original chassis holes with steel brackets and pre-installed bolts, and both suit a winch fitted before or after. Add the Amarok gearbox skid plate behind it, or see the separate 2023-on front plate if you run the new truck.

No. The second-generation truck has its own Almont front plate, linked above, and the two do not interchange.
