Your 212 is made for more than smooth roads. This Almont centre guard protects the automatic gearbox and transfer case with 8 mm duralumin, giving you more peace of mind on rocky tracks and uneven crests. Separate petrol and turbodiesel choices let you match the plate to your 2025-onwards Adventure.
The petrol and turbodiesel versions have their own part numbers. Both use 8 mm HeavyDuty duralumin, but the engine choice determines which guard you need. It is a useful addition beneath the centre of your 212, where front protection alone does not cover the transmission.
Choose Gasolina / PDB212B8G for the petrol 2.0T GDI, or Turbodiésel / PDB212B8D for the turbodiesel Adventure. Both are 8 mm HeavyDuty guards at 19.5 kg.
The material is a large part of what makes Almont protection worth considering. Certified AW5083 H111 duralumin combines high strength with less material weight than steel of the same size and thickness. A scrape will not start red rust in the alloy plate, helping it stay a worthwhile long-term addition to your vehicle. Mud and road salt should still be washed off, including from the separate steel brackets and fixings.

Pressure wash the protection at least once a year, or two or three times a year if you regularly drive in mud or road salt. Check bolt tightness annually and follow the fitting instructions when refitting a plate after maintenance.

The duralumin plate will not form red rust when scratched. Wash off mud and road salt to help prevent other corrosion and to look after the separate steel brackets and fixings.
Almont provides three years of cover against cracking of the plate. Dents, deformation and damage to the vehicle are excluded.
