Give the gearbox, transfer case and central differential beneath your automatic Hilux Revo a substantial duralumin barrier. This Almont guard is available in 6 mm SportDuty and 8 mm HeavyDuty, with each version made for the automatic application.
The 6 mm PDTHLRB6AUT weighs 10.5 kg and suits lighter off-road use. The 8 mm PDTHLRB8AUT weighs 12.5 kg and is our recommendation for a heavier vehicle or demanding rocky travel. Both use the same certified high-strength duralumin.
Certified AW5083 H111 duralumin gives you substantial, high-strength alloy protection without the material weight of steel of the same size and thickness. The plate will not develop red rust if its surface is scratched, so it is a good choice for a vehicle you intend to keep and use. Wash off mud and road salt to look after the alloy and the separate steel mounting hardware.

For a manual Revo, use the separate manual gearbox and transfer guard instead. The optional AdBlue guard has year-specific versions: PDTHLRD26 for 2016-2021 or PDTHLRD36 for 2022 onwards.
Pressure wash the protection at least once a year, or two or three times a year if you regularly drive in mud or road salt. Check bolt tightness annually and follow the fitting instructions when refitting a plate after maintenance.

The duralumin plate will not form red rust when scratched. Wash off mud and road salt to help prevent other corrosion and to look after the separate steel brackets and fixings.
Almont provides three years of cover against cracking of the plate. Dents, deformation and damage to the vehicle are excluded.
