Give your KZJ/LJ Land Cruiser a substantial barrier beneath the front differential, steering bars and radiators. This Almont 8 mm HeavyDuty guard comes in Original and AFN bumper versions for the stated 70, 73 and 77 application.
PDT07A8 is the original-bumper plate, while PDT07A8AFN is the AFN-bumper version. The exact option weights are 11 kg for each. Both use certified AW5083 H111 duralumin; the fitting shape is the reason to choose the correct bumper option.
Certified AW5083 H111 duralumin gives you substantial, high-strength alloy protection without the material weight of steel of the same size and thickness. The plate will not develop red rust if its surface is scratched, so it is a good choice for a vehicle you intend to keep and use. Wash off mud and road salt to look after the alloy and the separate steel mounting hardware.

For transmission protection too, add the separate KZJ/LJ 70/73/77 transmission guard for the stated 1985-1995 application.
Pressure wash the protection at least once a year, or two or three times a year if you regularly drive in mud or road salt. Check bolt tightness annually and follow the fitting instructions when refitting a plate after maintenance.

The duralumin plate will not form red rust when scratched. Wash off mud and road salt to help prevent other corrosion and to look after the separate steel brackets and fixings.
Almont provides three years of cover against cracking of the plate. Dents, deformation and damage to the vehicle are excluded.
