Your Hilux works hard, and the parts underneath deserve more than an occasional worried look after a scrape. This Almont front guard protects the radiators, engine, steering and front differential in certified duralumin. With SportDuty and HeavyDuty choices for original and named aftermarket bumpers, you can get a proper match for your Revo.
GX-VX, VXL, GR-Invincible and GR SPORT front ends have their own versions, as do the named aftermarket bumpers. Match the bumper fitted to your Hilux, then choose your thickness. There are 20 combinations, including 6 mm and 8 mm guards for ARB STEALTHBAR.
Match the exact bumper first, then choose 6 mm SportDuty for lighter off-road use or 8 mm HeavyDuty for a heavily equipped working or touring Hilux. The option table lists each SKU, bumper choice and available thickness.
This is certified AW5083 H111 duralumin: a high-strength aluminium alloy that keeps material weight below steel of the same size and thickness. You get a substantial barrier beneath the vehicle, and a scratch in the plate does not turn into red rust. It is still worth keeping the alloy and the separate steel mounting hardware clean, especially after winter salt or muddy trips.

Choose the version for the bumper actually fitted, rather than the trim badge alone. The guard can be fitted with a winch already installed when the selected bumper/guard combination is correct.

Our Revo front arm guard kit protects another exposed area, while the fuel tank guard adds protection further back. Both are separate purchases.
Pressure wash the protection at least once a year, or two or three times a year if you regularly drive in mud or road salt. Check bolt tightness annually and follow the fitting instructions when refitting a plate after maintenance.
Choose the exact front end fitted: GX-VX, VXL, GR-Invincible, GR SPORT or one of the named aftermarket bumpers. Each offered version is identified beside its complete SKU in the option table.

The duralumin plate will not form red rust when scratched. Wash off mud and road salt to help prevent other corrosion and to look after the separate steel brackets and fixings.
Almont provides three years of cover against cracking of the plate. Dents, deformation and damage to the vehicle are excluded.
