The V6 petrol Prado carries its gearbox and transfer case low in the chassis like every other 120, but the driveline layout differs enough that Almont cuts it a separate plate. This is that plate: certified EN AW-5083 H111 duralumin shaped for the Toyota Land Cruiser Prado KDJ120/125 with the V6 petrol engine, manual or automatic, in 6 mm SportDuty or 8 mm HeavyDuty. Grounding out mid-wheelbase then becomes a scrape you hear rather than a casing you crack, which matters most when the nearest recovery is hours away. Pair it with the KDJ120/125 front plate, and note the diesel models use the shared Prado gearbox plate instead.

This one is cut for the V6 petrol driveline. The shared KDJ/GDJ gearbox plate covers the diesel families, so match the plate to your engine before ordering.
Almont recommends 6 mm for lighter off-road use and 8 mm for heavier vehicles and long overland crossings over desert and rock. Either way the alloy is the same certified duralumin.
