If your Hilux still has its original front bumper, this is the Old Man Emu Nitrocharger kit for that configuration. It combines matched springs and dampers with an approximately 30/45 mm lift, giving you an upgrade aimed at everyday handling and off-road comfort. Four rear-load selections let you choose around your tools, accessories and touring equipment.

You do not have to turn your Hilux into a permanently heavy build to benefit from a suspension upgrade. The Nitrocharger package is designed to control suspension movement on the road and on uneven tracks, while the selected rear springs provide the support appropriate to your usual load.
Choose from 0-300KG, 200-400kg, 400-600kg and 600KG+. The lighter options overlap, so the decision should reflect how you normally load the rear of your Hilux. Front springs in this version are selected for a vehicle without a front bar. If you add a bar later, the spring choice needs to reflect its extra weight.
Professional fitting and a wheel alignment help you get the benefit of the new suspension. Final ride height depends on the vehicle, its existing suspension and the weight fitted to it; the quoted lift is approximate. Spring load ratings do not change the vehicle's legal gross weight, axle limits or payload.

Use the weight of the equipment and loads you regularly carry at the rear. Heavier-rated springs are selected to support a heavier load; choosing them for a lightly loaded truck can compromise the comfort you are trying to improve.
The lift is approximate. The vehicle's existing ride height, spring condition and accessory weight affect the final result.
The vehicle's original gross-weight and axle limits still apply. This is a suspension upgrade, rather than approval to exceed those limits.
This listing is for the Mk7 Double Cab, 2011-2016 application. The springs and kit choice are specific to that vehicle configuration.
