The ARB SmartBar StealthBar follows your Hilux front-end shape, adding protection without the tall steel hoop arrangement of a conventional bull bar. Its UV-stabilised polymer construction provides a lighter alternative to a traditional steel bar, with mounting provision for a compatible winch and other useful touring equipment.

The polyethylene shell offers a lighter alternative to a traditional steel bar. Its resilient construction can flex during an impact and recover its shape in circumstances that could leave a rigid panel bent. The shell also resists rust, which is useful on a vehicle exposed to wet roads, mud and winter salt. Impact behaviour depends on the collision.
The low-profile shape follows your Hilux's body lines, with side wings extending protection around the corners. It adds a purposeful front end while keeping the vehicle's original shape recognisable. Driving-light provisions and compatible accessories let you add useful equipment without losing that integrated appearance.
The Hilux radiator grille bracket and flip-up number-plate kit are required accessories and are separate. Optional fog lights, a winch and recovery points are also separate. This is a vehicle-specific bumper replacement, so match the exact model and its factory equipment before fitting.
Winch compatibility lets you add a self-recovery option using the correct fitting hardware. Use separate, approved recovery points for recovery loads; the bumper itself is not a rated recovery point.
Professional fitting is recommended so the bumper, lighting and any retained driver-assistance equipment are installed and checked together. The bar is airbag-compatible when fitted to its specified application in accordance with the instructions. Clean mud and salt from the assembly and inspect the mounting hardware during routine care.

Polymer offers a lighter, corrosion-resistant shell with a resilient impact response. It also allows the StealthBar to follow the vehicle shape closely. Choose it for that combination rather than assuming every protection bar must use steel.
No. Fit and use the correct rated recovery points for the vehicle and bar arrangement.
The exact fitting arrangement matters. The required grille bracket and number-plate kit are separate, and the compatible optional fog lights are not included.
