A triple-locked 80 VX exists to crawl terrain other trucks avoid, and crawling means the rear axle spends its life among rocks. The dampers hanging beside it are the softest target there. This Almont set is cut specifically for the 80 VX with three lockers, covering both rear shock bodies in laser-cut EN AW-5083 H111 duralumin so the stones that locker-equipped trucks deliberately drive over stop finishing the shocks early.

The locker-equipped rear axle differs enough around the damper area that Almont cuts a specific plate for it rather than reusing the standard 80 shape.
