A tougher front end for the trips you want to take
Give your matching Hilux or 4Runner a front bar that does more than change its appearance. The ARB Deluxe combines steel frontal protection with provision for a compatible low-mount winch and driving lights, bringing useful equipment together at the front of the vehicle. Upswept wings keep the shape suited to approaching rough ground, while the black finish gives the truck a purposeful look.

The bumper-replacement design places a steel structure around vulnerable front-end areas, with under-bar protection panels, urethane buffers and tapered wings. The upswept outer sections help avoid a bulky, low corner being the first part to meet an approach. It is a vehicle-specific design, rather than a universal bar adapted to the chassis.
The bar supports compatible low-mount winch installations up to the stated 10,000 lb class and provides driving-light mounting points. A winch and lights are separate purchases, allowing you to choose the equipment you need. Fairlead type, control-box position and wiring need to suit the selected winch and the fitting instructions.
This 3414070 bar is for the matching extra-cab and 4Runner application without OE flares from February 1992 onwards, within our listed range ending in 1997. Other cab and flare arrangements use different bar versions.
This bar is not for airbag-equipped vehicles. Its fitting instructions explicitly exclude that application. The exact body and flare arrangement matter as well as the model and year.
Professional fitting aligns the bar with its chassis mounts and sets the winch, lights and cable routing together. The bar includes twin Hi-Lift jacking-point provision. Jacking points and tow points are not rated recovery anchors; recovery equipment needs its own correctly rated attachment points.
The bar and any winch add weight at the front. Match front spring selection to that equipment so the finished vehicle's suspension suits the load. Keep the powder coating clean and repair damaged areas to help protect the steel.

The winch is separate. Choose a compatible low-mount model within the bar's specified winch class and fit it with the appropriate fairlead, controls and wiring.
Part 3414070 has a specific body and flare application. The original fitting information identifies extra-cab and 4Runner applications without OE flares from February 1992 onwards; the broader model family includes other bar versions.
The original ARB instructions explicitly prohibit that fitment. Use a bar specifically approved for the vehicle's airbag system instead.
Jacking points and tow provisions are different from rated recovery anchors. Use properly rated recovery points and equipment for the intended recovery method.
