Drop a front wheel off a rock step and the nose of a 4Runner dips straight at whatever is underneath. This Almont front skid plate for the Toyota 4Runner KZ diesel puts 6 mm of EN AW-5083 H111 duralumin between that first impact and the front underside, so stones, ruts and scraped crests land on laser-cut alloy instead of the hardware behind the bumper. Versions are made for the original bumper and the ACAYX bumper, and the plate mounts to the chassis using the truck's existing fixing points.
