The modern Jimny's party trick is an approach angle that invites you at obstacles nose-first, and the front underside pays for every misjudgement. This Almont front skid plate for the 2018-on JB70 covers that leading edge in 6mm certified EN AW-5083 H111 duralumin at 8.5 kg, turning crest strikes and flung stone into scuffs on a replaceable plate. It is cut in Spain, mounts to the original chassis holes with steel brackets and pre-installed bolts, and carries Almont's 3-year warranty against cracking.
