Regular greasing is much easier when the suspension hardware is designed for it. The Old Man Emu OMEGS20 shackle kit provides greasable hardware for the matched rear leaf spring installation, allowing the appropriate bushes to be serviced without removing the shackle.

The greasable design lets lubricant reach the intended bush contact surfaces through the hardware. With suitable bushes and correct servicing, you can maintain those working areas without dismantling the assembly each time.
The current application includes the matched Ranger Mk8 2023+ rear leaf spring system. Choose the shackle, bush and spring combination to the OME instructions and keep the fasteners correctly tightened. This is suspension hardware, with a different purpose from a recovery bow shackle.
