When you add accessories or change ride height, the front springs and dampers need to suit one another. The Nitrocharger Plus 93038 front strut is designed for the corresponding OME suspension combination on your Ford Ranger Mk7, 2019-2022. It gives you the damper choice for that build, with twin-tube, gas-charged construction.

The 93038 is the front strut for the specified Ranger Mk7 OME combination. If you are choosing the complete upgrade, our OME 4009 front coils are a relevant matched spring option for the 45mm application. Spring choice still needs to suit the permanent equipment on the front of the vehicle.
Use the OME springs specified for this strut; this application is not compatible with the original-equipment coils. The original top hat, dirt shield and bump stop are reused when suitable, and top-mount bushes are not supplied with the strut.
On some vehicles, the lower mounting area needs minor modification to give the larger shock body the clearance specified by OME. Have the installer check this through the required movement rather than assuming it clears because the bolts fit.
The strut has an open length of 493mm and closed length of 378mm, with a pin upper and eye lower mounting arrangement. Those measurements help identify the damper; the chosen springs and spring-seat configuration determine the vehicle's ride height.
Professional fitting and alignment help get the full benefit of the upgrade. The installer should check spring seating, mounting condition and suspension clearances, then inspect the fasteners as part of normal servicing.
