The Forester XT is the sleeper of the Subaru range - a 2.0 turbo boxer in sensible SUV clothing, breathing through a restrictive standard air box. This MST Performance cold air intake system replaces that box with precision-engineered aluminium pipework, designed to accelerate airflow into the turbo and cut turbulence. The XT keeps its family-car manners but gains a cleaner intake route and a boxer note you can hear under load. Fits 2015-on Forester XT 2.0 models, with all fittings supplied for a direct OEM-replacement install.
Part of the XT's appeal is how unassuming it is - but there is no rule the driver cannot hear the engine. MST design their kits around faster, smoother airflow with minimal restriction, built from top-quality components. On the turbocharged Forester that means a better feed to the turbo under real loads and an induction note that surfaces only when you ask.
For the Forester XT with the 2.0 turbo from 2015 on. Naturally-aspirated Foresters and diesel models are different applications, so confirm your car is the XT turbo and check the part number against your model year before ordering.
