A bigger turbo or an ethanol calibration can ask more of the fuel system than the original pump and injectors can supply. This Nostrum FA24 bundle upgrades the high-pressure pump and direct-injection side together, so the fuelling can be developed alongside the rest of your build.

Pump capacity and injector capacity become limiting in different ways. The pump must maintain the required rail supply under load; the injectors must deliver the fuel within a shrinking window as revs rise. Addressing both gives your calibrator more room to use the engine's airflow instead of stopping at the next fuel-system restriction.
The upgrade works through the engine's direct-injection system and original ECU. That is useful if you want to increase fuel capacity without adding a separate port-injection controller or relying on a supplementary methanol tank. The calibration still needs to be developed for the exact pump and injector data.
This is a turbo FA24 fuel-system bundle. It is not for the naturally aspirated FA24 in the Subaru BRZ or Toyota GR86, which uses the different Toyota D-4S injection system. The WRX FA24F is the relevant engine type, not the earlier FA20.
The H186-2058 bundle combines an upgraded high-pressure pump with upgraded direct injectors. Custom calibration is separate. Choose the bundle when the engine needs both, rather than treating a larger fuel pump alone as a complete answer to a high-power build.
Arrange the calibration alongside fitting. The pump and injectors need the correct data in the ECU before the upgraded system is used. Your tuner should assess low-pressure supply, fuel choice and the rest of the engine build together, then validate the result in logs. The hardware purchase does not include a custom tune.
Nostrum's limited lifetime warranty covers manufacturing defects in its manufactured parts, subject to its terms. Installation and removal labour, diagnostics, misuse and damage from incorrect installation or tuning are excluded.

No. Their naturally aspirated FA24 uses a different D-4S injection system.
Extra pump supply does not increase the amount a standard injector can deliver in its available injection window. A build can need more capacity in both.
No. The bundle needs calibration for the upgraded fuelling hardware. The pump-only tuning advice does not apply to a pump-and-injector bundle.
