ARB REDARC 200W Folding Solar Panel adds a solar charging input for a compatible battery and vehicle or camping power system. A fixed or portable solar panel can extend off-grid charging time compared with relying only on alternator charging between stops. The REDARC 200W Portable Folding Solar Panel features highly efficient Monocrystalline cells. With an adjustable lightweight leg design, the panels can be conveniently angled towards the sun.
Solar output depends on panel angle, shade, temperature and the charging equipment used. Plan the mounting position so the panel is ventilated and cables are protected, and match the controller to the battery chemistry. A rooftop-tent panel must also leave room for opening and closing mechanisms.
Confirm panel wattage, dimensions, voltage, connector and controller requirements. Check the roof, rack or tent mounting position and cable route. Controllers, brackets and extension leads are separate unless listed in the package.
