This Almont winch support for the Ford Ranger T6PX2, T6PX3 and 2.0 Bi-Turbo gives your recovery winch a 14 kg mounting platform in 6 mm Thyssenkrupp F105 steel - the material Almont reserves for its winch and recovery hardware, where the skid plates themselves are duralumin. Instead of improvising a mount or trusting a bumper bracket, you get a Spanish-made steel base engineered for the truck it goes under, ready for self-recovery when a lane finally bites back.
Almont recommends having the matching front skid plate fitted before the winch support goes on - not mandatory, but the sensible order for a tidy install, so plan it with the PX2 front plate or PX3 front plate for your generation. Confirm your winch's bolt pattern and dimensions against the support before ordering, and check the 2.0 Bi-Turbo application against your exact truck with us. Winch, rope and fairlead are separate purchases.
