The Pro Racer SP-G XL is the wide-shell glass-fibre Pro Racer: 35 mm wider across the shell for larger drivers, at around 10 kg.

  • Suitable for 4-, 5- or 6-point belts.
  • Seat cushion and backrest cushion are replaceable.
  • Highly flame-retardant upholstery.
  • Developed for use with HANS systems.
  • Friction-grip surface around the shoulders and on the seat bottom.
  • Shock-absorbing foam and highly flame-retardant upholstery.
  • Seat shell 35 mm wider than the standard SP-G, for larger drivers.

  • RECARO marks FIA 8855-1999 seats as Competition Seat with FIA homologation for 5 years.
  • This is a competition seat. It is not listed with ABE road approval, so do not assume it is road legal.
