A longer trip is easier to enjoy when the important parts underneath have proper protection. This Almont guard covers the gearbox and transfer case in 8 mm certified duralumin. It fits the Touareg 7P engine range and the listed Cayenne 92A body-lift application, with the matching front guard required for its mounting.

This 14 kg HeavyDuty plate gives the gearbox and transfer case a substantial barrier against underbody contact. It fits the Touareg 7P across the engine range. On a Cayenne 92A, it is designed for a body-lift installation, so you can protect the transmission on that modified setup too.
Certified AW5083 H111 duralumin gives you substantial, high-strength alloy protection without the material weight of steel of the same size and thickness. The plate will not develop red rust if its surface is scratched, so it is a good choice for a vehicle you intend to keep and use. Wash off mud and road salt to look after the alloy and the separate steel mounting hardware.

Pressure wash the protection at least once a year, or two or three times a year if you regularly drive in mud or road salt. Check bolt tightness annually and follow the fitting instructions when refitting a plate after maintenance.

The duralumin plate will not form red rust when scratched. Wash off mud and road salt to help prevent other corrosion and to look after the separate steel brackets and fixings.
