The Kooks CAS-104322 supplies the front and rear extension specifications for the listed 2015+ Hellcat and 2018+ Trackhawk applications. With different lengths and connector pin counts front and rear, it makes the contents clear when replacing missing or damaged extension leads.

Front and rear leads are different
The kit includes two 6" eight-pin front extensions and two 18" four-pin rear extensions. Match each lead to its sensor position and connector, then route it clear of the exhaust heat and moving parts.
Use it for the matched wiring requirement
Header kits include the appropriate O2 extensions where needed. This replacement kit extends the wiring; it does not change the sensor reading or replace exhaust calibration.
