The 3.0 V6 dCi versions of the Pathfinder R51M and Navara D40 package their engine bay differently to the four-cylinder trucks, so Almont cuts them a dedicated plate. This engine skid plate for the Nissan Pathfinder R51M and Navara D40 3.0 V6 dCi comes in certified EN AW-5083 H111 duralumin at 6 mm SportDuty or 8 mm HeavyDuty, covering the low-hanging engine-area hardware the V6 layout leaves exposed to rocks, ruts and flying debris.
Fitting the four-cylinder plate to a V6 truck is how gaps and clashes happen, which is why Almont splits the two. This version bolts to the original chassis holes with steel mounting brackets and pre-installed bolts, mounts designed to absorb impacts and vibration. Four-cylinder trucks take the front differential plate for the 2.5 and 2.3 dCi, and either engine pairs with the front skid plate ahead of it.

No, the four-cylinder trucks take the separate plate linked above; this one is cut for the V6 layout.
Almont's rule of thumb: 6 mm for lighter 4x4 use, 8 mm for heavy vehicles and continental overland routes over rock and desert. A loaded V6 tourer is a natural 8 mm candidate.
