The rear differential is the one part of a Pajero that cannot duck: it hangs at axle height whatever the suspension does, and rock shelves and drop-offs strike it first. This Almont rear differential skid plate covers the diff in 6mm certified EN AW-5083 H111 duralumin at 6 kg, for every V60, and for V80 and V90 models running the standard open differential without a locker. Locker-equipped V80s and V90s take a different cut, so the housing shape is matched exactly rather than approximately.

Locker-equipped cars have a diff-lock switch in the cabin; if in doubt, send us your registration and spec and we will confirm which plate you need.
The locker version of the axle has a different housing shape, so Almont cuts a separate plate to sit tight against each.
The plate wraps the housing's strike face in 6mm hard alloy, turning direct rock contact into slides and dents on replaceable plate rather than cracks in the casing.
