The Nostrum Audi EA837 3.0 TFSI Supercharged V6 HPFP and Injector Bundle takes the two fuelling limits on a supercharged Audi 3.0 and deals with both in one go. The high pressure pump flows 33% more than the stock supercharged V6 unit, which Nostrum links to torque coming in earlier in the rev range rather than the fuel side lagging behind the supercharger. The injectors flow 15% more than the factory Continental units, are built on the Bosch HDEV5 family, run to 180 bar and keep excellent minimum pulse width behaviour so part-throttle manners stay civil. Both went through seven months of in-vehicle testing, and both fit as direct replacements with no harness changes and no spacers. For a B8 S4, S5, SQ5, Q5, Q7, A6 or A7, it is the tidiest way to take the fuel system off the list.
Split the job and you pay the labour twice, and you spend the first calibration session working around whichever part is still standard. Doing both means the tuner has a known fuel system in front of them from the start, and the added pump capacity is actually reachable because the injectors can pass it.
The CAJA and CCAA engine codes are what define this package; the later EVO engines with CREA and CREC codes run a different pump entirely. Fitting needs no harness or spacer work, but a tune does need to be arranged, with Stratified and JH Motorsports named as the tuners Nostrum works with. No. The bundle is hardware: pump, injectors and installation instructions. Tuning data is available to dealers and tuners, with Stratified and JH Motorsports named by Nostrum.
No harness changes and no spacers. The injectors replace the Bosch HDEV5 units directly and the pump uses OEM fittings.
If a pulley and map have already found the injector limit and you know the pump is next, the bundle saves opening the same job twice. If you are early in the build, the injector set on its own is the usual first move.
