Give the transfer case beneath your automatic Terrano II a substantial duralumin barrier. This Almont 8 mm HeavyDuty guard is made for the R20 1993-2005 automatic application, helping you look after a vehicle you still enjoy taking onto rough tracks.

The guard weighs 9.5 kg and uses certified AW5083 H111 duralumin. It protects the transfer case specifically; a different transmission type or vehicle name is not a reason to assume the same fitting shape.
The material is a large part of what makes Almont protection worth considering. Certified AW5083 H111 duralumin combines high strength with less material weight than steel of the same size and thickness. A scrape will not start red rust in the alloy plate, helping it stay a worthwhile long-term addition to your vehicle. Mud and road salt should still be washed off, including from the separate steel brackets and fixings.

Pressure wash the protection at least once a year, or two or three times a year if you regularly drive in mud or road salt. Check bolt tightness annually and follow the fitting instructions when refitting a plate after maintenance.
