Late Y61 Patrols are the ones still working today, hauling and laning on ground that batters front ends. This Almont front skid plate for 2003-2010 Patrol GR Y61s with the original bumper lays 12.5 kg of certified EN AW-5083 H111 duralumin in 8mm HeavyDuty cut under the truck's nose, so crests, stumps and thrown rock land on plate rather than the front of the driveline. Like every Almont protection it is laser-cut in Spain and mounts to the original chassis points with steel brackets and pre-installed bolts.

No, pre-2003 trucks use the earlier Y60/Y61 front plate; this cut follows the facelifted 2003-2010 front end.
The plate's shape and mounts follow the standard bumper, so it goes straight on an unmodified truck; bumper swaps are where the ARB version comes in.
