A round muffler for the exhaust you are building
The Kooks R300-10-TC combines a polished stainless round body with the Tri-Core insert and 3" inside-diameter inlet and outlet. If a round muffler suits the space and pipe route under your car, the clearly defined body and connection dimensions help you plan the fit before fabrication.

Check the round-body clearance
The body has a 4-1/2" outside diameter and a 10" body length. Overall length is 15-1/4", including the necks. Allow room around the body as well as space for the complete muffler and its joints.
Compare the whole exhaust
Choose the Tri-Core muffler as part of the complete exhaust. Your engine, crossover and rear pipework all affect the finished sound, so compare systems similar to the one you are building.

Is 4-1/2" the connection size?
No. It is the outside diameter of the round body. The inlet and outlet are 3" inside diameter.
How many mufflers are supplied?
One muffler is supplied. Order the quantity your exhaust layout needs.
How much length do I need?
Allow for 15-1/4" overall length, including the necks. The body itself is 10" long.
