The 2005-15 L200 has nothing left to prove as a workhorse, but its front underside is still the first thing every rut, kerb and rock reaches. This Almont front skid plate for the Mitsubishi L200 2.5 DID, cut for the original bumper, comes in certified EN AW-5083 H111 duralumin with a choice of 6 mm SportDuty or 8 mm HeavyDuty, so its most exposed corner is covered for the next decade.
On a truck this age the value equation is simple: one radiator or steering repair costs more than the plate that would have taken the hit. Almont mounts the plate to the original chassis holes with steel brackets and pre-installed bolts, mounts designed to absorb impacts and vibration, and a winch can be fitted before or after. Continue rearwards with the gearbox and transfer plate and the fuel tank plate.
