The G.O.A.T Offroad PX Ranger And BT50 HD Clevis Steering Upgrade replaces the standard rack-end and outer tie-rod arrangement with a complete two-sided clevis system. It combines 17-4 stainless components, hard-anodised 7075 aluminium arms, 7/8-inch heim joints and universal rack boots. M14 x 1.5 and M16 x 1.5 rack-thread variants are available, so direct thread identification is essential before ordering.
The complete system changes both inner and outer steering connections. Compared with upgrading only the outer ends, it requires the rack thread, wheel barrel, knuckle taper and boot travel to be considered together.
Before ordering, confirm the vehicle, year, body style, engine or chassis details match the listing.
Visually confirm whether the rack uses the 14 mm or 16 mm fine thread. Check the exact model and year, wheel clearance, rack travel, knuckle taper and suspension movement before fitting and alignment.
The clevises, heim joints, misalignments, boots and jam nuts form one steering link on each side. Periodic inspection for play, contact marks, contamination and hardware movement is essential after hard use.
