The drive is part of the trip. Our Polaris XPEDITION ECU tuning for 2025+ focuses on response and drivability, with your touring equipment and normal use considered in the calibration.
Tell us about the equipment you normally carry and how your XPEDITION feels with it on board. That helps us relate the vehicle data to the journeys you enjoy, with your fitted parts and fuel included in the tuning work. Original vehicle load and towing ratings remain unchanged. We assess your vehicle data and feedback, with a measured in-person session or guided remote tuning available.
Our custom tunes include up to four revisions in the first 30 days, followed by log reviews at 3, 6 and 12 months. Your feedback helps us refine the calibration and check how your vehicle is running after you have had time to use it.
We also offer physical upgrades for most vehicles. If you're looking to take yours further, tell us what you have in mind. We can help you choose suitable parts and plan the tuning around them.

With remote tuning, we can work with you without a trip to the dyno. First, we confirm support for your vehicle and check its fitted hardware and the fuel you plan to use. We then guide you through reading and loading the calibration with the device. Send us the requested logs and your feedback so we can check the response and refine the tune.
Tune & Tuning Device includes the tuning device, required licence and delivery. You keep the device. Choose Tune Only when you already own compatible equipment.
Collect any requested data in a suitable, safe and lawful setting, following the tuner instructions. If a reading or a running concern needs attention, tell us before continuing so it can be assessed.
With Custom Dyno Calibration, we arrange an in-person session with your machine. We use controlled-load measurements and live data to check the response as we adjust the calibration, with your own vehicle and fitted parts present throughout.
