A willing engine and well-matched gear changes make a loaded Ranger more satisfying to drive. Our Ford Ranger 2.0 Bi-Turbo ECU remap and transmission tuning package combines both jobs for your 2019-2024 truck.
If your Ranger spends its time towing or carrying equipment, the way it delivers torque matters throughout the journey. We consider the engine and shift strategy together, using your truck's data and the load you regularly carry to guide the work. Original vehicle load, axle and towing ratings still apply.
Our custom tunes include up to four revisions in the first 30 days, followed by log reviews at 3, 6 and 12 months. Your feedback helps us refine the calibration and check how your vehicle is running after you have had time to use it.

We tune the 2.0 EcoBlue Bi-Turbo for your fitted hardware and UK EN590 diesel, using live logs and controlled hub dyno measurements. Usable mid-range response and transmission shift strategy are assessed together for your normal workload. The SID212 ECU is tuned in-house without an ECU swap or sending it away, and the factory DPF, EGR and AdBlue systems are retained.

Have any warning lights, misfires or running faults addressed before tuning. Tell us the fitted parts and intended fuel, then use that agreed fuel during calibration and afterwards. Speak to us before later hardware or fuel changes that affect the tune; further calibration may be needed.
