Our Can-Am Outlander HD5 ECU tuning for 2025-2026 focuses on power and torque delivery as well as throttle response. We help arrange the required MG1 ECU unlock before tuning begins, so the access work and calibration follow the right order.
We also offer physical upgrades for most vehicles. If you're looking to take yours further, tell us what you have in mind. We can help you choose suitable parts and plan the tuning around them.
The MG1 ECU needs a separate send-in unlock before calibration, purchased separately from this tune. A compatible BRP OBDII adapter cable is required for the tuning connection. Once access is ready, we guide the remote process using the tuning device and your mobile device.

On suitable 2025 HD5 machines, tuning offers a step up from the 40 HP factory output to over 50 HP potential. We pay attention to how the ATV responds as well as the peak result, using its fuel, hardware and vehicle data to develop a calibration suited to its work and your feedback. Condition, fuel, hardware, temperatures and calibration data affect the result; that output is not guaranteed or established for a 2026 machine.
With remote tuning, we can work with you without a trip to the dyno. Once the required module access is complete, we guide you through reading, flashing and data logging. Send us the requested data and your feedback so we can check the response and refine the tune.
Device & Tune includes the tuning device, required licence and delivery. You keep the device. Choose Tune Only when you already own compatible equipment.
Collect any requested data in a suitable, safe and lawful setting, following the tuner instructions. If a reading or a running concern needs attention, tell us before continuing so it can be assessed.
With Custom Dyno Calibration, we arrange an in-person session with your machine. We use controlled-load measurements and live data to check the response as we adjust the calibration, with your own vehicle and fitted parts present throughout.
Tell us how your machine feels once you have had a chance to use it. Our custom tunes include up to four revisions within 30 days, plus log reviews at 3, 6 and 12 months to check how everything is running.

Yes. The MG1 unlock is a separate purchase and must be completed before tuning. We can help arrange the correct service for your HD5.
We arrange the unlock sequence and dispatch instructions with you. Check the connectors and locking tabs first: damaged connectors or broken locking tabs are not accepted for the unlock service.
