The 2025 Outlander 850 has a 999 cc Rotax V-twin with an 82 hp factory rating. Our tuning service offers 100 HP-plus potential on suitable 2025 machines. That gives you a useful indication of what may be available, alongside the response and delivery we develop for your own ATV. The result depends on fuel, hardware, condition, temperatures and calibration data; the 2025 reference is not a guaranteed output or a result established for a 2026 machine.
The 2025 vehicle also has liquid cooling, a pDrive primary CVT, selectable 2WD/4WD and Intelligent Engine Braking. Those are factory vehicle features, with our service focused on the engine ECU calibration.
With remote tuning, we can work with you without a trip to the dyno. For remote ECU remapping, the tuning device works with your mobile device. First, we confirm support for your Outlander, its fitted hardware and intended fuel. We then guide you through reading and loading the calibration, and use the requested logs and your feedback to check the response and refine the tune.
Device & Tune includes the tuning device, required licence and delivery. You keep the device. Choose Tune Only when you already own compatible equipment.
Collect any requested data in a suitable, safe and lawful setting, following the tuner instructions. If a reading or a running concern needs attention, tell us before continuing so it can be assessed.
With Custom Dyno Calibration, we arrange an in-person session with your machine. We use controlled-load measurements and live data to check the response as we adjust the calibration, with your own vehicle and fitted parts present throughout.
Tell us how your machine feels once you have had a chance to use it. Our custom tunes include up to four revisions within 30 days, plus log reviews at 3, 6 and 12 months to check how everything is running.
