Smooth control on a rough trail and an eager response when it opens up make your Maverick more fun to drive. Our ECU remap for your 2025 Can-Am Maverick DS Turbo RR side-by-side focuses on throttle response and power delivery, so the calibration suits the machine you enjoy driving, its fitted parts and your fuel.
Physical upgrades for your vehicle
We also offer physical upgrades for most vehicles. If you're looking to take yours further, tell us what you have in mind. We can help you choose suitable parts and plan the tuning around them.

Custom tuning for the Rotax turbo engine
Your DS Turbo RR starts with a 200 hp, 900 cc turbocharged Rotax ACE triple, with liquid cooling, an integrated intercooler and a high-performance air filter. The iTC electronic throttle control, EFI and pDrive primary CVT with QRS-X all form part of how your machine responds to the accelerator. We adjust engine fuelling and throttle response for its fitted intake, exhaust or cooling changes, with the aim of power delivery you can use and enjoy on the trail.
The 200 hp figure is the factory engine rating before tuning, not a promised tuned output or gain. Your machine's condition, fuel, hardware, temperatures and calibration data affect the result.
How remote tuning works
With remote tuning, we can work with you without a trip to the dyno. First, we confirm support for your vehicle and check its fitted hardware and the fuel you plan to use. We then guide you through reading and loading the calibration with the device. Send us the requested logs and your feedback so we can check the response and refine the tune.
Device & Tune includes the tuning device, required licence and delivery. You keep the device. Choose Tune Only when you already own compatible equipment.
Collect any requested data in a suitable, safe and lawful setting, following the tuner instructions. If a reading or a running concern needs attention, tell us before continuing so it can be assessed.
Your dyno session
Choose Custom Dyno Calibration to bring your machine for tuning in person. We use controlled-load measurements and live data to check its response as we adjust the calibration, with your fitted parts on the vehicle throughout the session.
Support after your custom tune
Tell us how your machine feels once you have had a chance to use it. Our custom tunes include up to four revisions within 30 days, plus log reviews at 3, 6 and 12 months to check how everything is running.

Get ready for your tune
Start with a well-maintained machine and tell us about running issues, fitted parts and your usual fuel. Keep that specification consistent during calibration. Speak to us before later hardware or fuel changes that affect the tune; further calibration may be needed.
Tuning is a vehicle modification and can affect warranty cover. Discuss it with your insurer and warranty provider before the work.
Talk to us about your tune
Tell us about your Can-Am Maverick DS Turbo RR, its fitted parts and what you would like from it. Get in touch with us and we will help you choose the right tuning route.

Frequently asked questions
Is 200 hp the tuned output?
200 hp is the factory engine rating. We develop the tune around your machine rather than adding an assumed gain to that figure.
What if I change parts after tuning?
Tell us before fitting parts that affect engine operation or fuelling. The calibration was developed for the current combination, so further tuning may be needed.
What support is included after the custom tune?
Up to four revisions within 30 days, followed by log reviews at 3, 6 and 12 months to check how everything is running.
Will it affect my warranty?
It can. Treat the tune as a vehicle modification and discuss cover with your warranty provider and insurer before the work.
Which tuning option should I choose?
Choose Custom Dyno Calibration for an in-person session, Device & Tune when you need a tuning device supplied, or Tune Only when you already own compatible equipment. Device & Tune includes the device you keep, required licence and delivery. Tune Only supplies no new device.
