Bring a proper header upgrade to your 5.4-litre F-150 or Raptor with Kooks 13502000. The 304 stainless long tube headers use 1-5/8-inch primaries and 2-1/2-inch two-bolt collector flanges for the specified 3V engine installation.

The collector size matters
Use a matching Kooks Y-pipe with 2-1/2-inch header inlets. That is the connecting dimension to match when you choose the rest of the front exhaust. The headers use 16-gauge 304 stainless steel tubing.
Header fitting parts supplied
Gaskets and header bolts are included. Professional fitting allows your installer to align the connecting system and check clearance around the engine, steering and wiring.
