Choose a light bar that follows your bumper or roofline and lets you aim the beam where you want it. The Baja Designs XL Sport Linkable joins individual light pods into a bar, with independent horizontal adjustment and 45 degrees of vertical pitch adjustment. Choose from three to nine lights to suit the space, appearance and coverage you want for your truck.
The links let the bar form a straight or curved arrangement. You can adjust individual pods horizontally and vertically instead of relying on one fixed housing angle. The supplied multi-pattern arrangement combines the useful parts of several forward lighting zones for broad trail coverage.
The pre-crimped, trimmed wiring helps keep the installation tidy, and the linkable design allows changes with the correct matching components. Check your available width and mounting positions before ordering. The option table gives catalogue bar lengths, not installed mounting widths. The fitting guide gives separate straight and arced dimensions; confirm the complete mounting width for your chosen kit and allow for brackets and wiring.
Six-light and larger arrangements need the pre-load mechanism described in the fitting guide. It adds stiffness and helps reduce vibration, which matters when a long bar is mounted above a bonnet or windscreen and you want the beam to stay steady.
Start the adjustment on a flat surface before fitting the bar to the vehicle, then set the links and support as instructed. The supplied fasteners do not include the XL Linkable mounting brackets. Choose the separate 748000 universal bracket kit or the correct Baja Designs vehicle mounting solution, with enough strength and clearance for the complete assembly.
The kit includes the lights, links, wiring harness, fastening hardware and black rock guards. Pre-load hardware is included with the six-, seven- and eight-light kits. For the nine-light 740016 option, confirm the supplied support parts with us before ordering. Mounting brackets are separate. Fit the guards for protection when the lights are off, and remove them before lighting the track.
Hard-coated polycarbonate lenses, metal housings and stainless hardware make this a serviceable piece of equipment for repeated off-road use. Replaceable lenses and optics also give you a way to maintain the bar with the proper parts over time.

Measure the mounting space as well. Pod count affects the bar length, and the finished installation also needs room for brackets, adjustment and wiring.
