A 100-series Land Cruiser is heavy enough that when its centre grounds on a crest, it grounds hard, and on an automatic HDJ100 what sits at that contact point is the transmission and transfer case. This Almont HeavyDuty plate spreads those hits across 8 mm of laser-cut EN AW-5083 H111 duralumin, a substantial 17.5 kg shield shaped for the automatic driveline, so rock steps and rutted climbs cost you plate scars instead of a transmission repair a long way from home. It bolts to the HDJ100's original chassis points with the supplied steel brackets.
