A Discovery 2 is one of the cheapest ways into serious green laning, and one strike to the front underside can wipe out that value in a morning. The nose is what drops into washouts and climbs over rock steps, so it is where cover pays for itself first. This Almont plate is cut for the L318 Discovery 2 built 1998-2004 and bolts 10.5 kg of 8mm EN AW-5083 H111 duralumin across the front, turning hard contact into plate scars instead of repair bills.

Fitting instructions are included, the plate uses the original chassis holes, and typical tools are 13mm and 17mm sockets with 5mm and 6mm Allen keys. If you are unsure, use a professional fitter.
