Fit your replacement muffler without welding
Give your exhaust a muffler that suits the space you have and the pipe you are using. This polished 304 stainless steel Kooks muffler has 2-1/2-inch inside-diameter inlet and outlet connections, a 14-inch body and a 20-inch overall length.

Sized for your exhaust
Allow for the full 20-inch length when positioning the muffler, including the inlet and outlet beyond its 14-inch body. The 4-inch outside diameter round body gives you the other key measurement when working around the floor, suspension and surrounding pipework.
Fitting the muffler
The ends slip over 2-1/2-inch outside-diameter tubing. Two JI-TAS250 clamps are included, so you can install this clamp-in version without welding at those connections.
