A longer-body muffler for your custom exhaust
Choose a muffler around the space and pipe layout in your project. Kooks MUF-019-CI combines an 18-inch oval body with centre inlet and outlet positions, using 3-inch inside-diameter joints to slip over 3-inch outside-diameter tubing.

Allow for the whole muffler
The overall length is 21-3/4 inches, with a 5-1/4 x 8-3/8-inch oval body. Measure both the body space and the connecting-pipe length, so your fabricator can position it without interfering with the floor or chassis.
Clamp it in with the supplied parts
The natural-finish stainless muffler includes two JI-TAS300 clamps. Welding is not required for the specified clamp-in installation. It is sold individually, so order the number your exhaust layout needs.

If space is tighter, compare the shorter 3-inch oval muffler: it has a 12-inch body and 16-inch overall length, with a different oval body size; measure the mounting space and choose the fitting method for your custom exhaust.

Is 18 inches the overall length?
It is the body length. The full muffler measures 21-3/4 inches overall.
Will the ends slip over 3-inch pipe?
Yes. The inlet and outlet are 3-inch inside diameter for 3-inch outside-diameter tubing, with two fitting clamps included.
