The 4xe's gearbox carries the whole hybrid story: engine drive, electric drive and everything blended between. It also hangs at the JL's midline, where crests and rock ridges scrape. This Almont plate spans the 4xe's gearbox area with 14.5 kg of 8mm EN AW-5083 H111 duralumin, HeavyDuty protection for the single most complex piece of hardware under the truck.

No, this cut is for the 4xe. Diesel and petrol JLs have their own Almont gearbox plate with its own code.
Bolting to the original chassis holes with the supplied steel brackets and pre-installed bolts, instructions included. Typical tools are 13mm and 17mm sockets plus 5mm and 6mm Allen keys.
